What are your joys? Gardening, traveling, singing, playing the piano? Mine include yoga, dancing, and music. Yoga is not only a joy for me; it is one of my self-healing practices, along with meditation and play. Spending time each day in one, if not more, of our joys is where healing often occurs.

COUPLES CRADLE
A fun way to get fit and share it with your partner. This class offers you a relaxed and safe approach to building trust, respect and greater intimacy. Playful poses are designed to encourage laughter, relaxation and rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit.
Couples Cradle is a wonderful gift you give to yourself, individually and together as a couple. The stretches help you become more aware of the impact you have on each other. It provides an opportunity to communicate with your partner, both verbally and non-verbally, so you can get to know one another’s desires and needs in a non-threatening way. By focusing on the breath, couples are able to stay in the present moment, where each person is more easily able to let go of judgments, fears and past assumptions about themselves and their partners that helps create mutual support and appreciation of one another.
