What are your joys? Gardening, traveling, singing, playing the piano? Mine include yoga, dancing, and music. Yoga is not only a joy for me; it is one of my self-healing practices, along with meditation and play. Spending time each day in one, if not more, of our joys is where healing often occurs.

I am trained to decode and depict in each script.
As I journey inside to the wisdom within
My intuitive guide shows me how to begin.
Each new script and induction I'm directed to write
Provides me with honest, refreshing insight.
I invite you to listen, see, smell, taste and touch
All the things you deserve and desire so much.
The suggestions I offer to affirm and declare
I was given as gifts I now gratefully share.

The magic of music, when mixed with our voices
Encourage us both to make wise, healthy, choices.
